Vintage 19K Yellow Gold Italian Blue Enamel Ring

This is a very antique style ring dating back to the Victorian period but I would date it closer to the mid 1950-1960's. The shank on the outside back is stamped 19K. Mostly likely Italian in origin due to the style and enamel work. The oval plaque has a deep blue enamel applied with twisted rope frame. Centered is gold roping in a flower form with ball and twisted rope motifs. The shoulders are heavily decorative with gold roping. The shank also has decorative edging.
Front of the ring measures 3/4" tall and approx. 1/2". Currently a size 6.5 message for sizing service and I can get an estimate.
Condition is good-please note there is some loss to enamel surface at the ends. Not easily seen when wearing.
