Gold filled bookmark chain Victorian necklace featuring a hand carved coral cameo of a lady set in a decorate frame. Under magnification there is a crack below her neck but she is securely prong set and safe to wear. Two dangles fall 1" in length. The back of the cameo has a hook-perhaps for a pocket watch. The necklace has a hidden box clasp behind the cameo. The bookmark chain is in very good condition-overall a beautiful example of 1880's jewelry. Gold is bright and yellow tone. 16.5" around the neck.
Priced knowing there is a crack on the cameo but looking at it you will never notice and with all the prongs around the cameo it is completely safe to wear.
