Huge Miriam Haskell Designer Butterfly Brooch French Glass Pearls and Rhinestones
Short story the reason I am into jewelry is my first piece I ever bought way back in the early 1990's was a Miriam Haskell piece. Another true story -I traded my boyfriends favorite Victorian reading chair for a Miriam Haskell beaded bangle once. He forgave me and that's when I knew he was a keeper!
Anyway this is one of her stand out pieces!! Huge butterfly 4.25 x 2.25" in pristine condition. There are round and marquis shaped crystals hand set by prongs. Along with glass pearls strung on wire and hand set. The brooch is substantial, high quality and looks like the day it was made. With it being so perfect most likely a piece created in the 1980's-early 90's when the Miriam Haskell company reissued pieces in high end department stores that reflected Miriam's 1930-1950's pieces.
Signed Miriam Haskell on back.
Layaway available.
