Vintage 10K Yellow Gold Marquis Cut Blue Topaz and Diamond Ring

10K yellow gold ring ring features an elegant marquis cut medium slightly greenish blue hue topaz. The slant of the gemstone makes the ring unusual and stand out on the finger. The marquis measures approx. 5/8" length and is securely set with v shaped prongs on each end. On each side are three round cut diamonds prong set. Shank is thick and currently there are two sizing balls that keep the ring right side up on the finger. They could be removed and the ring can be resized. 

My finger is a 4.75-5 and it fits me well.

Very good preowned condition. The color of the blue topaz is intense and eye catching.
