Unusual c1915 Late Edwardian Brass Tone Necklace with Green Faceted Glass

Interesting piece dating to the 1910-1920's The metal is a mixture with some brass in it. The color is darken gold/brass-it really gives it an antique feel. The back has more of a darken silver color. The pendant is very decorative with flowers, leaves and scrolls which are applied to a decorative open work frame. Drop is 2.5". The center is a green glass which mimics dye green onyx (chalcedony). The links are decorated with flowers and in between are prong set square green glass links. Please note one square has a chip ( see photo with my finger). Its just on the edge but still secure in the setting. This link can easily be moved to the back side but really I didn't notice until I studied the piece. Original spring ring. Great color, bold, and longer than most necklaces. Its truly eye catching. Chain length is 22". Layaway available.
