A rare antique gold filled hand enameled bird book locket. The taille d'Eargne locket features a gorgeous hand painted blue bird bird on a robins egg blue background. The detail and condition is amazing.
Inside there is a center page that holds two photos -total is four photo frames. Please note the first photo frame has partial glass. The other frames are empty. Each frame is engraved on the borders.
The book locket shuts and the clasp folds over-in good working order and it holds. The back has more engraving.
Our jeweler created a handmade bale so that is easily can be added to a chain. Please note that the chain is not included. If you need a chain please reach out.
1 1/4" length x 13/16" wide.
