Late Victorian 14K Yellow Gold Lava Cameo with Diamonds

C1895 Surely a treasure purchased on a Grand Tour of Europe. The sweetest lava cameo ring I’ve ever had the opportunity to offer for sale. The cameo measures 11.20 x 10.30 mm. The lava is beautifully carved and in excellent condition. Looks like the day it was carved by hand by an Italian artisan. The ring is 14K yellow gold and custom designed to mount this cameo. They cameo is securely held by four prongs and on each side are three old European cut diamonds bezel set. Total weight is approx. .30 CTW.
