c1970 Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Round and Pear Shaped Opal Statement Ring

14K yellow gold ring (stamped inside shank and tested) vintage ring dating to the 1970's featuring opals.  The opals are round and pear cuts with play of color in blues, greens and purples.  All gemstones are prong set and in very good preowned condition. 

The front measures 5/8" wide and the opals sit up off the finger approx. 1/2".  Dramatic setting. 

There are are some surface reaching bubbles (tiny tiny holes on the back of the shank) that occurred in manufacturering but it is a very thick shank (2.22 mm wide) and doesn't affect the wearablity-just noticed when using a loupe hard to see by eye.
