A Dramatic Entruscan Style c1880's Victorian Gold Filed Locket

Please note you are seeing a some reflection in my photographs so raised frame areas can look darker due to my black camera reflection. 

This is a wonderful example of an authentic Etruscan revival style Victorian locket dating to around 1880. The metal is gold filled-in a yellow hue. The front features ball and wirework, a flower in a bezel and a prong set pearl. The finish a soft satin. 

Amazing condition--the inside still has the two glass fronts and inserts. Snaps shut and stays closed. Original decorative bale.

1 5/8" length x 7/8" wide x 1/2" deep.
