14K yellow gold (stamped in shankd and verified) ring in a flower or snowflake motif.
The center stone is a round gut garnet measuring 6.02 mm diameter, set by four prongs. Around the garnet are petals set with small round cut diamonds, then there are heart and pear shaped cut blue topaz. The pear shape topaz measure approx. 4 x 3 mm, around the heart shaped topaz are additional round cut diamonds.
The front measures 15/16" diameter. Currently a size 8 but message if you need sizing service.
