A unique one of a kind vintage ring dating to the 1960-1970's.
Unmarked but tested as 18k yellow gold. The ring features a raw emerald with possible black tourmaline. The emerald is opaque and medium green, measures approx. 17.88 x 10.20. 8.88 mm and is securely set by unique prongs. The setting is dramatic with organic form wrapping around the emerald crystal.
Heavy well made piece--back of the shank is 3.53 mm wide.
