10K white gold natural diamond heart pendant featuring 16 round cut diamonds, approx. 2.4 mm each, .80 ctw, in the near colorless range, SI-I clarity. 1 length x 3/4" wide. Suspended from a 10K white gold chain, stamped 417 (10K). 20" length. Both pieces were verified as 10K. 

A wonderful example of the sweetheart jewelry from the mid 20th century. In very good preowned condition.
