1930-1940 18K White Gold Round Old European Cut Natural Diamond and Synethic Sapphire Authentic Art Deco Ring

This is one of the most beautiful art deco setting I've ever offered for sale.

Authentic 1930-1940's 18K white gold (stamped and tested) ring features an approx. .30 ct old European cut diamond, near colorless H-I color, SI clarity, set in a four corner prong basket. This is a three tier ring--under the diamond is milgrain edging, curved shoulders set with french cut synthetic sapphires bezel set with milgrain edging. On each side of the sapphires are are diamond (4 in total). On the gallery are beautiful filigree with forget me nots. On each shoulder near shank are scrolls with forget me nots. Very decorative and unique.

In very good condition--the engraving and milgrain is still present. Under magnification there are tiny little chips to the girdle-nothing unusual and could have been there since its cutting. Has been rhodium plated and looks like the day it was made.

Can be worn with bands.
