18k Yellow Gold Antique 18th Early 19th Century Table / Rose Cut Diamond Pendant

This antique piece most likely began its life as an earring back in the 17-18th century. It tests as 18K yellow gold and is set with various table and rose cut diamonds. My pictures are not capturing the quality of this handmade piece. When I received it there was a screwback attached to it. My jeweler repurposed the piece into a pendant with a 14K bale. 9/16" diameter. Surely a one of a kind piece in good condition for the age. The center table cut diamond measures 3.5 mm diameter and upon magnification there is a chip to a facet junction, one of the diamonds in the halo has a upper pavillion chip.
