14K Yellow Gold Amethyst Etruscan Revival Bead and Amethyst Bead Necklace

c1880 14K yellow gold necklace dating to the Victorian period. The beads are Etruscan revival with beautiful wirework design. They measure approx. 1/8 " in diameter. There are also faceted amethyst beads measuring approx. the same size. The clasp is hidden in beads and the condition is very good. At some point in its life it was enlarged at the ends with additional amethyst beads so it measures 18". It can be brought back to the choker style around 16" if you would like.
